Size and care
How many links your wrist needs, how to add a charm, and how to keep your bracelet shining.
How many links?
Wrap a soft tape measure, or a strip of paper you can measure afterwards, around your wrist just above the wrist bone. Read it snugly, then set the slider.
We add a little room so the bracelet can move. Between sizes? Go up one: Jo will take a link out for free.
A rough guide: most kids aged 8 to 12 take 14 to 16 links, and most adults take 17 to 20.
How to add a charm
Each link hooks into the next on a little spring hidden inside, so no tools are needed.
- Pick the spotDecide where the new charm goes, between two links.
- Bend to openFold the bracelet back sharply at that spot. The two links slide apart.
- Hook it inSlide the new charm in at the same angle, then straighten it out. Done.
Easier still: bring it to any market and Jo will add charms, swap them or resize the bracelet for free.
Keep it shining
Nickel allergy? Stainless steel contains a small amount of nickel. If you have a strong allergy, ask Jo before you buy.
Something gone loose? Bring it to a market or post it to Jo and she'll fix it. A faulty charm within 30 days is replaced free.
Kids: our bracelets are for ages 8 and up. Charm links are small parts and not safe for young children.
